Join us on September 3rd, 2020 for an online screening of Queer Genius!

Queer Genius is a creative documentary featuring fine artist portraits of QPOC & GLBTQ
Female experimental artists: Barbara Hammer, Eileen Myles, Black Quantum Futurism, Moor
Mother, and Jibz Cameron/Dynasty Handbag. The film examines each artist’s creative life,
personal challenges, and asks the question “what is genius?” Each subject provides a unique
and personal perspective on new ways to think about and view the concept of “genius” from a
female, fine arts perspective discussing and preserving queer female avant-garde legacies
across generation.

The screening will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. EST on torontoqueerfilmfest.com.
