Biographies

Born and raised in Guangdong China, Soya is an ecoqueer artist and sex educator who works to deconstruct boundaries. Their practice centers on media art and interactive performance, exploring the mycelium-like interconnections between human bodies, natural beings, and collective liberation, often using rope, food, plants, and movement to create ephemeral ecosystems of feeling and relation. Soya now grows and plays with gratitude on the ancestral, unceded land of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm, Skwxwú7mesh Úxwumixw, and səl̓ilwətaɁɬ Peoples.

Iris Kaufman is an Argentine director, producer, and photographer. She has a degree in Audiovisual Arts, specializing in screenwriting. She is the co-founder of the production studio Hedonistas.

Juan Saez (@juansajuan) is a Chilean director and photographer based in Berlin. As a director he has been dedicated to making video clips and visual content for live shows and installations for more than 10 years in Chile, Canada, USA, and Germany. He started working with performers in 2023 to create videos in collaboration and started Heavy Load Studio (@heavyloadstudio), a sex-positive Berlin-based studio.

Lasse Långström is a film director and artist with a punk based approach to film production. Collaborating with friends in the making of anarchist musicals and awareness raising homoeroticism. Lasse is part of The homosex syndicate of precarious avantgarde artists, a network of artists on the verge of break-trough/down.

Jazzy Boho is a queer American filmmaker, creative director, multi-media artist, producer, and 2024 Rocky Mountain Southwest EMMY® RECIPIENT from Silicon Valley, currently based in the Sonoran desert of the U.S. borderlands where they work closely with queer underground arts communities. Known for their internationally acclaimed Erotic Hauntology films Y2KAGE and Cyberfuck. Jazzy’s work combines a bohemian sensibility with a community-driven methodology to explore and embody liberation from the seductive dead-end feedback loops of the 21st century with a playful and emotional style all their own—reimagining fresh futures in our present through a queer, historical, and erotic lens.

For more than two decades, artist and filmmaker Shine Louise Houston has expanded the possibilities of queer erotica through creative, cinematic work centering lesbian, queer, trans, and BIPOC communities. The founding creator of Pink and White Productions and its projects CrashPadSeries.com, and PinkLabel.TV, Houston has led erotic filmmaking. In her experimental BDSM film FOCUS, Houston continues her exploration of desire, reaffirming her place as one of queer cinema’s most visionary and influential voices.
